Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

Our packages are shipped from our warehouses in the USA. Our products are only shipped to the United States(Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outlying islands).

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

We process orders between Monday and Friday, orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days,
  • Shipping Time: delivery within approx 4-10 business days,
  • Shipping Method: UPS, FedEx, USPS

Total delivery time is 9-20 business days. The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you, including the processing time and the shipping time.

  • Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
  • Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. 

Note: The shipping times are all estimated delivery time, the estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order. The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues. 

Shipping Fees:

Seavish provides all products with free shipping in the USA, you can see your free shipping and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. 

Customs & Taxes:

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
